Terms and Conditions

GENERAL

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, all business transactions between the Swiss Snowsports School Parpan and its customers are subject to these General Terms and Conditions (GTC's). The object of the company is the operation of a snow sports school. This includes in particular services such as giving lessons for skiing, telemark and snowboarding, but without guarantee of a certain training success, as well as guiding and accompanying in snow sports.

PROMICE OF PERFORMANCE

The payment of the service offer establishes the contractual relationship. Both the services paid on site and those booked online are considered confirmed bookings. The Swiss Ski School Parpan commits itself to keep the sold offer including the points mentioned below.

CONTENT OF THE OFFER

All offers are subject to change and non-binding. The Swiss Ski School Parpan expressly reserves the right to change, supplement or delete parts or the entire offer without prior notice or to cease publication temporarily or permanently.

CLASS LESSONS

Class lessons take place with a minimum of 4 people and in all weather conditions. If this minimum number is not reached, groups of similar strength may be combined or the course may be cancelled. In case of cancellation on the part of the ski school, the full course costs will be refunded. The Parpan Ski School reserves the right to modify, cancel or terminate the program or individual services if unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, official measures or other risks) make this necessary. In case of total cancellation of lessons for the above mentioned reasons, a refund will be made.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Private lessons take place in all weather conditions. There is no right to a refund in case of late arrival or early cancellation. However, extraordinary circumstances will be taken into account. Cancellations at short notice due to accident/illness later than 72 hours (3 days) prior to the booked lesson will not be eligible for a refund. We recommend that all clients take out private cancellation insurance.

ACCIDENT INSURANCE

Guests of the Parpan Ski School are not insured against accidents. The corresponding accident insurance is the responsibility of the guest. The Parpan Ski School declines any liability.

LESSON TICKETS

Tickets for lessons are personal and non-transferable. The lift facilities in the childrens's land Heimberg are free of charge. The use of the other lifts in the Lenzerheide/Arosa area is not included. The ski school will not compensate for lost lesson time due to lift system failures.

RESERVATION

Reservations can only be made for services that cannot be booked online. The ski school guarantees the reservation only if it is paid at least 3 days before the lesson before the office closes. For all reservations the credit card details (card type, number, expiry date and security code) are required as guarantee. Parpan Ski School reserves the right to replace an unpaid reservation of group or private lessons with paid reservations.

PAYMENT

Credit card payments in favor of the Ski School will be collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland ("TREKKSOFT"). TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on the credit card statement. The domain where payment is entered and processed is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT. Please direct all inquiries regarding credit card payments and chargebacks to support(at)payyo.ch.

REFUND

Refunds are only possible for class lessons and will only be given in case of accident or illness upon presentation of a local doctor's certificate. The days used will be charged according to the tariff and each day used will be charged in full. Only multi-day tickets will be refunded. The same means of payment used for the original transaction will be used for the refund. We recommend that all clients take out private cancellation insurance.

DATA PROTECTION

The Swiss Ski School Parpan reserves the right to use any photo material for marketing purposes. Guests may revoke permission to use and share data and images at any time by sending a message to info(at)skischuleparpan.ch. The data necessary for the business transaction will be treated confidentially.
